RETURN POLICY
*You must contact us before returning any product/s
-Returns must be in new condition and un-installed (verified by the manufacturer) to receive a refund.
-In order to receive a refund, returns must arrive back to our location within:
- 14 days of you receiving the item/s for locations within the USA
- 30 days of you receiving the item/s from international locations
-Buyer will pay the cost of return shipping.
-The original cost of shipping will be deducted from any amount refunded.
-A.C.C. parts will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Buyer will receive any refund within 3-5 business days of receipt/verification of returned product/s in new condition.
WARRANTY
*Please notify us if you have a warranty issue before shipping any product/s -All warrantys are honored and fulfilled by the individual manufacturers. We will help in communicating between the manufacturer and customers to ensure you are taken care of in a timely manner.
-Parts include a 1 year Manufacturer's warranty on any defective part, not due to user error or acts of nature (fire, flood, etc)
-Buyer will pay to get the part shipped to the manufacturer for repair/replacement and then manufacturer will pay to ship the part back to the buyer.
